Stylia is operated by AURALITH LIMITED, a private limited company registered in Cyprus, registration number HE 494052. Registered office: Chrysanthou Mylona 1, Panayides Building, Floor 2, Flat/Office 1, 3030, Limassol, Cyprus. Company details are verified against the Cyprus Registrar; this English address is a rendering of the registered Greek address. The Stylia operator relationship is supplied by the site owner, not a registry verification of domain ownership.

AURALITH LIMITED is the controller for Stylia. This notice describes the current non-purchasable website and its account features, not a working checkout. Operational email support is not available; the registered office is identified above. No external legal approval is claimed.

Information we process and why

Email address and account identifier: to send requested sign-in codes and provide your account.
Quiz answers and current step: to continue the questionnaire and, after verification, save preferences to your profile. Answers describe the preferences you enter, not an inferred diagnosis.
Activity completion markers and access records: to show progress and enforce library access.
Sign-in challenges, session identifiers and security counters: to authenticate requests and limit abuse. The application stores keyed hashes of codes and session tokens rather than their plain values.
Network and request information, such as IP address, timestamps and technical logs: to deliver and secure the service and investigate failures. Infrastructure providers can process this information even without an account.
Correspondence you send: to consider your question or request. Avoid sensitive information not needed for that request.

We use account and quiz data to provide the features you request. Security and operational processing serves our legitimate interests in protecting and maintaining the service. Legal obligations may require certain records to be kept. The quiz is not consent to marketing; this preview does not enroll you in a marketing subscription. There is no automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects.

Cookies and storage

Stylia uses essential HTTP-only cookies: stylia_owner links a browser to pending quiz answers and sign-in requests (up to 24 hours), and stylia_session maintains a verified session (up to 7 days). Signing out invalidates the session. These are not advertising cookies. Blocking them prevents sign-in and saving progress. The application does not load advertising or analytics scripts.

Service providers

Website delivery and security use Cloudflare and server hosting infrastructure. Account, quiz and progress records are held in the application’s MySQL database. Authorized operators may access records to maintain the service. SendX is the configured provider for transactional sign-in email when sending is enabled; it processes the recipient address, message and delivery information. Local and development tests use a separate mail capture system, not evidence of delivery to your inbox.

Providers may process information outside your country. We do not promise UK-only or EU-only storage. There is no payment collection on this preview and no payment-card data is requested. The support inbox is not yet operational; a planned inbound-mail system is not a current customer-service feature.

How long information remains

Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes, sessions after 7 days and anonymous quiz drafts after 24 hours. Expiry prevents use; it is not a promise that the database record is immediately deleted. Expired quiz drafts and security counters are removed in batches during later activity. Saved accounts, profiles, progress and other records do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule. There is no self-service account deletion feature. These limits do not restrict your legal rights to request erasure or other action.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We may need to verify your identity. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

For a privacy request, use the company contact details and identify it as a data protection request. Email support and written correspondence arrangements are pending confirmation. This notice will be updated when the service or its processing changes.
